Heat water in a pan
Dissolve sugar in it
Stir until the sugar syrup becomes little thick
Add cardamom powder, stir well
Add the above syrup, ghee in wheat flour and knead it into a dough
Divide into 8-10 equal balls
Roll each balls into thin long stripes
Roll the stripes randomly so that it looks like knotted stripes or something
Fry them in oil (or ghee) until golden brown
Serve hot or cold
