Blanch carrot, green peas, french beans, keep aside
Boil potato until soft, keep aside
Heat butter in a pan
Sauté garlic until golden brown
Add onion and sauté well
Add carrot, beans, green peas, corn
Add salt, black pepper, heavy cream and mix well
Check the consistency of the mix if too thin add all purpose flour mixed with little water little by little and mix well
Add cooked macaroni and mix well
Make a layer of macaroni in a porcelain bowl then potato then macaroni again
Pour the mix over it and lay cheese over it
Pre-heat oven to 170-200°C
Bake for 20~30min
Serve hot
