Instructions
Heat little oil in a pan
Roast red chili, urad dhal, reserve one red chili for tadka
Grind roasted cumin, red chili, urad dhal, coconut into a fine paste
Mix with the cooked leaves, add little water if required, bring to a boil
Heat rest of oil
Add mustard, allow it to splutter
Add channa dhal, urad dhal, red chili, fry well
Add to kootu
Notes
Serve hot along with hot hot rice
