Knead the dough again so that it softens up
Divide it into equal parts
Roll them into circles of 3~4inch diameter over a dusted board
Fill in the stuffing in the center
Grease edge with water and join it so as to make a ball again
Roll them into 3~4inch kachoris
Cover them in a damp cloth until all dough is rolled into kachoris
Heat oil in a frying pan
Fry kachoris until golden brown and crispy
Serve hot with green chutney
