Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Temper shahi jeera in it
Add and sauté methi leaves well
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, goda masala powder, salt and mix well
Add fresh green peas and add little water
Simmer the flame and cook well until water dries up
Add besan and mix well
Add little oil, if required and fry a bit
Serve hot with rice and/or roti
