Mix besan, baking soda, methi leaves/kasur methi, sugar, salt, oil, white sesame seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, ginger paste, green chili paste well
Let it rest for 20min
Add yogurt little by little to make a soft dough
Roll them into sausage like rolls. [Note: grease your palm while rolling to avoid stickiness]
Steam them in a greased pan for about 15min
Slice them, keep aside
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard, white sesame seed, asafoetida and allow it to splutter
Add the sliced muthia and sauté for 2min
Garnish with coriander, coconut on top of it
Serve hot
