Heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan
Add jeera and allow it to splutter
Add onion, garlic, green chilli and saute until raw smell goes off
Add methi leaves and cook for 2min
Add Red chili powder, turmeric power, jeera powder, dhania powder, mix and cool for 2min
Allow it to cool
Grind the above mix into a fine paste without adding water
Add the ground paste, ajwain, salt to wheat flour and knead into a thick dough by adding water little by little
Split the dough into equal smaller pieces (lemon size should be fine)
Roll them into poori
Fry the poori in oil
Serve hot with a matching gravy
