Instructions
Add wheat flour, besan, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, ginger, green chili, fenugreek leaves, mix well
Add curd, mix and knead into a dough
Make into 1inch balls
Roll the balls into 5~6inch thepla
Heat a tawa to medium hot
Cook thepla over medium hot tawa
Flip the thepla once bubbles start showing up
Apply oil and spread over thepla
Flip the thepla again, apply oil and spread over thepla
Once dark brown spots start showing up remove thepla from tawa
Repeat the same for all thepla
Notes
Serve methi thepla with yougurt or any pickle
