Instructions
Crush kashmiri red chili and garlic into a paste, keep aside
Heat oil in a pan
Add onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1~2min
Add chili-garlic paste, tomatoes and capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 1~2min
Add salt and 2~3tbsp of water and sauté on a medium flame for 1min
Add mixed vegetables and 1tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1~2 minutes, stir occasionally
Add cooked rice, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2~3 minutes, stir occasionally
Serve hot
