Soak rice and urad dhal, fenugreek separately in water 6~8hrs
Drain water and grind urad dhal and fenugreek into fine batter, add water only if necessary, keep aside
Drain water and grin rice into little coarse batter, add little water
Mix rice, urad dhal batter, salt well
Allow it to ferment and rise for 6~8hrs
Mix well
Fill the batter into idli plates
Steam it for 10min and 5 more min in simmer
Allow it to cool
Remove all the idlis into a pan
Add sambhar and little water to it
Heat and bring to a boil
Serve hot
