Pressure cook all dhal along with turmeric powder
Heat ghee in a pan
Temper mustard seeds, fenugreek, dry red chili, curry leaves, asafoetida
Add onion and saute well until raw smell vanishes
Add green chili, tomatoes and saute well until they are mushy
Add red chili powder
Add cooked dhal, salt and allow it to cook for 5min in low flame
Garnish with coriander leaves, curry leaves
