Heat 2tbsp of ghee in a pan
Add cumin, allow it to splutter
Add gsarlic, sauté until fragrant
Add onion sauté until translucent
Add green chili, ginger, tomato, asafoetida, turmeric powder, half of curry leaves cook until tomatoes are mushy
Transfer it into a pressure cooker
Cook for 7~10 whistles along with rice and moon dhal with enough water
Garnish with remaining curry leaves and coriander leaves
Serve hot along with ghee on top
