Wash mushrooms, drain and wipe them dry
Grind onion, ginger, garlic into a fine paste
Heat oil in a frying pan
Add mushroom stir and sauté until mushroom becomes golden brown from sides
Lower the flame and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder one by one
Stir well for few seconds
Add besan and sauté it on low flame for 2~3min
Remove pan from fire
Add whisked curd, ground paste, stir well and sprinkle with salt
Heat the pan again on a low flame and sauté the mixture until the mixture becomes dry
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot
