for Sautéing (optional)

Instructions
Heat 1tbsp of olive oil in a pan
Add carrot, baby corn, onion, salt and sauté well - keep aside
Heat butter, rest of olive oil in the same pan
Add garlic and fry until golden brown
Add onion and fry until translucent
Add mushroom, salt and fry until tender
Add rosemary, red chili, crushed pepper and mix well
Add sautéed vegetables and mix well
Add vegetable broth (or water) and mix well
Add full cream and bring to a boil, add little water if required
Add salt, cornflour mix and mix well
Add grated cheese and mix well, this will melt due to the heat in the sauce
Mix the sauce with cooked penne
Notes
Garnish with rosemary, additional Parmesan cheese and Serve hot
