Cardamom, Green / ஏலக்காய்

Ginger powder, Dry / சுக்குப் பொடி

Water / தண்ணீர்
Instructions
Clean jaggery and dissolve in water
Boil the syrup until it forms a ball consistency
Add coconut, cardamom powder and dry ginger powder to the jaggery syrup
Simmer the flame
Add puffed paddy on to the syrup and mix well
Switch off flame
Grease your hands
Shape the puffed paddy, jaggery syrup mix into small balls when it's warm
