Instructions
Grind gooseberry, coconut, sour curd, green chili into smooth
Add water to the desired consistency, it should neither be too thick nor too thin
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard, allow it to splutter
Add asafoetida, fry a little
Add curry leaves, fry a little
Add to the ground mixture, mix well along with salt, fenugreek powder
Garnish with coriander leaves
Notes
Serve along with hot rice
