Instructions
Pressure cook moong dal well
Cook oats well separately until soft
Heat ghee in a pan
Add cumin, ginger, green chili, curry leaves, black pepper, asafoetida and cashews fry for few secs
Now add the cooked oats and moong dal
Add salt and mix well
Cook for a few mins, add little water if needed
Serve it with coconut chutney
