Grind red chili, garlic, half of onion into coarse paste
Heat little oil in pan fry onion until golden brown, keep aside
Fry okra in the same pan until golden brown, keep aside
Add and heat rest of oil
Add mustard, allow it to splutter
Add ground paste, turmeric powder and sauté for 2min
Add tamarind extract, salt and bring to a boil
Add fried okra, fried onion, rice and mix well
