Heat pan, dry roast peanuts until it's peel peels off naturally
Add white sesame seeds and roast until sesame pops
Add grated coconut and roast well
Add onion and sauté until translucent
Allow it to cool
Grind into fine a paste
Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until the raw smell goes off and keep aside
Heat oil, add mustard allow it to crackle, add cumin and fry a little
Add the ground paste and cook for a while
Add a little water, turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix well
Add some more water to make it thin
Add salt and mix well
Add tamarind extract
Bring to a boil
Add sautéd onion and finally give it a mix
