Instructions
Heat 2tsp oil in a pan
Fry urad dhal until golden brown
Fry dry red chili
Add onion and saute until raw smell vanishes
Add tomato and saute until mushy
Allow it to cool
Grind the above in a mixer into a smooth paste
Heat rest of oil and temper mustard and curry leaves
Add chutney into the pan
Add salt and mix well
