peeled n cut circular, [Careful while cutting, due to presence of mucilage the yam becomes sticky]

Corn flour

Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள்

adjust to your spice level

Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்

Garam Masala powder

Salt / உப்பு

Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்

Lemon juice / எலுமிச்சை சாறு
Instructions
Mix chinese yam, corn flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt well
Spray oil, toss well so that it is applied to all sides of yam
Spray lemon juice
Marinate it for about 30min
Pre-heat oven to 200°C
Arrange the yam over a baking sheet and roast for 15min
Turn the yam and spray/brush remaining oil and roast for another 10~15min or until crispy
Notes
Serve hot along with rice or just eat it
