Instructions
Mix maida, chiroti rava, salt, ghee, water in a bowl, knead to a dough and set aside
Boil milk and allow it to condense
Soak saffron in warm milk and add to the boiling milk
Add cardamom powder and sugar and mix well until sugar dissolves
Heat oil in a frying pan
Take a small ball of dough, roll into a circle
Fry in oil in medium flame until golden brown
Soak the fried poori in milk for 5~10min and set aside
Decorate with almonds
Serve hot or cold
