Mix ajwain, red chili powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, coriander along with grated paneer well
Roll a small chappathi, approx 4inch
Apply little oil on the surface
Sprinkle 1tsp of above paneer masala mixture
Fold the chappathi along with paneer mixture and roll it again into a thin paratha
Heat a tawa and cook paratha for 1~2min on both sides
Serve hot with any of curries
