Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Temper mustard
Add chana dhal, urad dhal and fry until golden brown
Add curry leaves, red chili and fry
Add garlic and sauté until raw smell goes off
Add onions and sauté until raw smell goes off
Add turmeric powder, asafoetida, red chili powder, salt
Add tomato and sauté until turns mushy
Add ground tomato and cook for 10min
Now add cooked penne and mix well, without breaking the penne
Add sautéed paneer
Serve hot

Variation
* Add tomato puree instead of fresh tomato
