Instructions
Heat a pan
Add grated papaya and cook it in medium flame for 10min, stirring occasionally
Add sugar and stir continuously until the mix solidifies well [careful the papaya and sugar mix will splutter a lot]
Add cardamom powder, powdered edible camphor and mix well
Add ghee and stir well until the ghee is fully absorbed by the halwa
Add roasted cashew nuts
Serve hot (preferably) or cold
