Instructions
Roast red chili in ghee
Add channa dhal, roasted channa dhal, and roast along until they change color
Add garlic, pepper, and roast
Switch off the flame
Add coconut mix and allow to cool
Grind into a soft powder
Sieve if required to get the uniform texture and grind the granules again
Mix asafoetida, salt well
Store in an airtight container
Notes
Serve along with hot rice with ghee
