Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Dry roast red chili, thoor dhal, black pepper until thoor dhal turns golden brown
Add asafoetida, keep aside, allow it to cool
Grind above along with coconut into a fine paste
Add salt, mix well
Notes
Serve along with hot rice and Milagu Kuzhambu
