Instructions
Soak channa dhal, thoor dhal, rice in adequate water for about 1hour
Grind channa dhal, thoor dhal, rice, green chili, red chili coarsely, reserve about ¼of dhal
After grinding mix the reserved ¼of dhal along with salt, asafoetida and curry leaves
Divide them into equal sized balls
Flatten each balls and fry them in hot oil until golden brown
Garnish with coriander
Serve hot with chutneys or ketchup
