Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Add onion and garlic and sauté until raw smell goes off
Add tomatoes sauté until mushy
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala and mix well
Add parval, salt and mix well
Add ½water and cook the parval till tender
Serve hot with rice or roti
