Mix rava, 2tbsp of ghee evenly with hand until forms crumble texture
Add water little by little and make a soft dough
Cover it and allow it to rest for 1hr
Mix rice flour, 2tbsp of ghee in a smaller bowl
Divide the dough into 5 equal portions into balls
Roll each ball into a large circle and as thin as possible
Spread ghee/rice flour on the surface and place the rolled puris one over the other
Roll the layered puris into a tight log
Cut them into 1inch pieces (approx)
Roll the pieces into thin poori
Deep fry them in oil, similar to frying poori
Allow it to cool and store in an air tight container
Serve it by sprinkling sugar powder and pouring hot badam milk over it
