Instructions
Boil all the vegetables (except onion, green chili, and tomato), mash them coarsely
Heat oil and 25gm butter in a pan together
Add the 1cup of onions to it and saute
Once the onions are brown, add ginger, garlic
Add pav bhaji masala, red chili powder and tomatoes, stir constantly and cook for 5~10 mins
Once cooked add the coarsely ground vegetables
Add salt and water, mix and let it cook
Split the pav from the center
Take butter in a pan
Toast the pav in this pan
Sprinkle little red chili powder on the pav
Garnish the bhaji with coriander leaves, finely chopped onions and add lemon juice
Serve bhaji hot with pav
Notes
* You could grind 90% of the bhaji in a mixer to have a better texture
