adjust according to your taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Add pirandai and fry until soft, keep aside
Add channa dhal, urad dhal, dry red chili, curry leaves, asafoetida fry them well until fragrant
Lastly, add coconut, mix well, switch off the flame, allow it to cool
Grind all above into coarse paste
Add salt, mix well
Notes
Serve with curd rice
