Mix maida, salt, cooking soda, baking soda, oil, curd into a smooth dough, if required add water little by little
Allow it to rest for 3~4hours
The dough with become fluffy
Again kneed the dough well
Divide into equal balls (about 8nos)
Roll it into desired shape (circle, elliptical, traditional naan shape)
Heat an iron tawa
Brush water over the naan, turn the watered side of naan over the tawa
Cook for 1~2min
Now turn the tawa and expose it to the flame and cook the other side for 1~2min
Brush with butter and serve with any side dish
