Instructions
Grind the plum fruit into a fine paste
Heat oil in a pan
Temper mustard, add turmeric powder, asafoetida
Add the ground paste, mix well
Add salt, red chili powder, fenugreek powder, mix well
Add remaining oil little by little and stir the paste continuously
Once the paste is cooked well, it will stop absorbing oil, stop adding further oil
Allow it to cool
Notes
Store in an air-tight container
