Mix turmeric paste, goraka paste, red chili powder, salt and marinate for 60min
Heat oil in a pan
Add onion, garlic, green chili and fry them well
Add tomato and fry until mushy
Add marinated tender jackfruit
Add curry powder and mix well
Add coconut milk and cook until jackfruit is soft
Once the gravy becomes thick, switch off flame
Serve hot with rice
