Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Temper mustard
Add curry leaves and fry
Add potato and sauté well
Add turmeric powder, asafoetida, red chili powder, salt and mix well
Cook in medium flame, stirring occasionally, allow to golden fry in the bottom
Serve hot with roti and rice
