Urad Dhal / உளுத்தம் பருப்பு

Chana Dhal / கடலைப் பருப்பு

Sesame Oil / நல்லெண்ணெய்
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Add urad dhal, chana dhal, red chili and fry them until golden brown, keep side
In the same pan sauté flesh of pumpkin until soggy
Add tamarind, asafoetida and fry a little, allow it to cool
Grind them in a mixer into a smooth paste
Add Salt and mix well
Serve along with dosa or rice
