Instructions
Mix rava, rice flour, maida, sour curd with enough water until no lumps are formed
The batter should be in pour consistency
Allow it to rest for 10~15min
Add onion, green chili, black pepper, cumin, coriander, curry leaves, salt and mix well
Check consistency again, if required add little more water
Heat dosa tawa
Pour the batter using a ladle from outward to form a semi-circle and repeat same for another half so that it makes a full circle
Pour oil along the sides and cook for about 1~2min
Serve hot with coconut chutney and/or red chutney and/or sambar

Note
* For every dosa lower the flame when pouring the batter and increase the flame to medium - high
