Coconut, Dry Grated

Milk / பால்

Cashew nut / முந்திரிப் பருப்பு

Raisin

Ghee / நெய்
Instructions
Heat 1tsp of ghee in a pan
Roast cashew and raisins and keep aside
Roast rava in remaining ghee
Add dry coconut and roast further
Add roasted cashew nut, raisins
Add milk and mix well
Make balls of TT ball size
Store it in a cool dry place
Notes
Note:
* If you need more shelf life, do not add coconut and milk, but add another 2tbsp of ghee
