Cut ends of raw banana and into half, do not peel the skin
Boil in enough water with little turmeric powder until tender
Drain the water and allow raw banana to cool
Peel the skin and grate it
Add grated raw banana, onion, ginger paste, green chili paste, coriander powder, amchur powder, coriander leaves, besan, salt and mix well
Sprinkle little water if necessary for binding
Make lemon sized balls and keep aside
Hear oil in a pan
Deep fry the balls until golden brown and keep aside
