Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Add onion sauté until transparent
Add mint leaves, sauté until soft
Turn off flame, allow it to cool
Grind coriander leaves, green chili, onion, ginger, garlic, chaat masala into smooth paste
Add 2tbsp of above paste and sautéed onion, mint to the mashed banana
Add salt, cumin powder
Mix into a dough consistency
Roll it into long cylindrical roll
Cut them into 1inch (approx) pieces
Press it randomly to make it flat
Pre-heat oven to 180°C
Grease the tikkis with little oil
Bake the tikkis for 15 min
Turn them and bake for another 10min
Notes
Serve hot along with rest of green chutney
