Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard, allow it to splutter
Add turmeric powder, asafoetida, curry leaves, raw papaya, stir fry
Sprinkle little water, close cook, for a couple of minutes
Add about ½cup of water
Simmer it for another 15min, until papaya cooks tender
Add coconut, garam masala, mix well
Notes
Serve hot along with any rice item
