Instructions
Grind dry red chili, onion, garlic, ginger, peanut, cashew nuts, cumin seeds, coriander seeds into fine paste by adding very little water, keep aside
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard, allow it to splutter
Add turmeric powder, asafoetida, curry leaves, raw papaya, stir fry
Sprinkle little water, close cook, for a couple of minutes
Add the ground paste, salt, mix well
Add about 1~1½cup of water
Simmer it for another 15min, until papaya cooks tender
Add coconut milk, yogurt, bring to a boil
Notes
Serve hot along with any rice item
