Crush black pepper, fennel, cumin into fine powder and keep aside
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté well
Add ginger and fry a little
Add onion and sauté until brown
Add mushroom, ¼cup of water and close cook for 10min
Add salt, crushed pepper, fennel, cumin powder and mix well
Heat ghee in pan, add shahi jeera and allow it to splutter
Add green chili, fresh curry leaves and fry a little
Pour into mushroom pepper fry
Serve hot along with rice or roti
