Drain water from moong dhal thoroughly and keep aside
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard and allow it to splutter
Add channa dhal, urad dhal, green chili, fresh curry leaves, asafoetida
Fry well until channa dhal & urad dhal turn golden brown
Add this moong dhal and mix well
Add grated carrot, cucumber, coconut, salt and mix well
Add lemon juice and mix well
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
