Grind all ingredients into fine paste
Mix rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt in a large bowl along with ghee
Add ground paste and kneed into a dough
Heat oil in a frying pan
Grease oil over a baking sheet or banana leaf
Take a small portion of dough and pat flat by hand into poori, do not pat it too thick or too thin
Deep fry in oil by flipping and cook both sides
Serve with suitable curry
