Instructions
Soak saffron strands in litle warm water
Heat ghee in a pan
Add onion and sauté until translucent
Add bay leaves
Add butter, pepper, red chili powder, salt, cumin powder, cinnamon powder and mix well
Add about 3cups of water and allow it to boil
When boiling add rice and cook in simmer until rice is tender
If rice is uncooked add little more water and continue cooking
Add roasted cashew and mix well
Serve hot
