Instructions
Whip avocado into fine paste
Add pepper, salt, lemon juice and mix well
Cut carrot, radish, asparagus to be about 2~2½inch long pieces
Steam, asparagus, baby corn and optionally carrot, radish
Eat by diping salad in avocado dip
Notes
Variation
You can select vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli, cherry tomatoes , French beans, okra etc. too for this salad.
