Instructions
Drain water and grind red chili into fine paste
Heat oil in a wok
Add garlic, fry them until golden brown
Add shallots, fry them until translucent
Add ginger, celery and fry them for 1min
Add chili paste, stir well
Add little water and allow it to cook in low heat
Add vinegar, soy sauce and mix well
Add salt, pepper powder, sugar and mix well
Stir and cook until the sauce is thick enough
Cool it down
Notes
Store in a air tight container
