Instructions
Dry roast sesame, channa dhal, urad dhal, dry red chili separately and allow it to cool
Grind above along with coconut into a smooth paste, add as little water as possible
Heat a pan with little water
Close cook pumpkin for about 5min
Add the ground paste, asafoetida, salt and bring to a boil
Add jaggery and add water if required to adjust consistency
Bring to a boil, stir well so that jaggery dissolves evenly
Notes
Serve hot along with rice or roti
